When looking around the Internet for inspiration, I came across a small animation that you might see on a magazine website or even a commercial. It featured tiles sliding into the picture to reveal an image beneath, and when the tiles slid back off screen, the image was once again hidden. I figured “how hard could that be?” In the end, the hard part was getting the panels to line up; in the included video the panels are all vertical, but I also made versions where the panels were slanted and aligning their edges after movement turned out to be a pain in the butt.
